This role is a Regional Manager and Teaching and Leadership Coach combined 0.8 TLC / 0.2 RM). You will be developing & supporting School Instructional Coaches (SIC) & coaching / supporting Associate novice teachers to be effective teachers in the classroom and developing leaders. Working with the national LDP frameworks, the role also can be expected to design and deliver professional learning that addresses the needs of the Associates’ development. Finally, the Teaching & Leadership Coach is required to build new relationships and strengthen current relationships with a variety of stakeholders & diverse constituents, both internally and externally, contributing to a cohesive community that is connected to the greater movement of educational equity or all students.
The successful candidate for this role will be based in NT.
