Job Description
TFA are seeking a new recruiter – As a recruiter at Teach For Australia, you’ll find and inspire future leaders who will transform classrooms—and lives. This hands on position will spend time at universities and events aiming to identify, inspire and nurture the future participants of our programs. Your passion, drive and experience for tackling education equity across Australia will be key to your success in this position.

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationship
Demonstrated experience delivering to targets in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience presenting and facilitating to large groups
Experience in Strategic Talent Engagement – a bonus but not essential
